ANGEL B ENTERPRISES manages angelb.org and the AngelB OS workspace. This policy explains our handling of information received through AngelB services and the reporting information an owner chooses to connect from other AngelB-managed platforms.
1. Information we receive
We receive details you choose to provide in project briefs, account registration, support requests, signed agreements and invoices. These can include your name, organisation, email address, phone number, project requirements and files needed for delivery. Staff and client workspaces may also contain authorised project, task, time, invoice and service records.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, provide and improve services, manage projects and accounts, issue invoices, protect the platform, meet legal duties and communicate about the work you requested. We do not sell personal information.
3. Website measurement
Angel B uses limited first-party conversion measurement to understand whether a visitor reached the contact form and whether a project brief was accepted. It can include a controlled offer, page action, form location, landing route, external referrer hostname and bounded campaign tags. This conversion record does not contain your name, email address, phone number, project message, full URL or raw device string. These conversion events are retained for no longer than 180 days.
4. Multi-site Growth Intelligence
The AngelB owner can connect Google Analytics and Search Console for AngelB-managed platforms. AngelB requests read-only access and imports daily totals such as sessions, page views, key actions, search clicks, search impressions and approved marketing-channel groups. It does not copy visitor identities or raw search phrases into Growth Intelligence.
Google access credentials are encrypted. Access can be disconnected from AngelB and revoked from the connected Google account. Our use of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Read-only AI recommendations
The owner may create a temporary, revocable read-only AI access key so an approved assistant such as ChatGPT can read aggregate platform totals and AngelB’s generated recommendations. That connection cannot edit records, send messages, change campaigns or access customer messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, private project files or raw search phrases.
6. Cookies and account security
Necessary cookies keep sign-in, trusted-browser verification, security and form flows working. A trusted staff browser may be remembered for up to seven days. Customer sessions are time-limited, and staff sessions use shorter limits. Campaign details are stored only when a visitor arrives with a recognised campaign tag or external referrer.
7. Sharing and international processing
We share information only with authorised workers and service providers needed for hosting, email, payments, analytics, security and project delivery, or when law requires it. Some providers may process data in another country. We limit access to the service purpose and use provider security and contractual controls where available.
8. Retention and security
We keep customer, project, invoice and support records only as long as needed for service, accounting, security and legal obligations. Security records are access-controlled and do not store passwords, verification codes or raw private messages. We use encrypted connections, role checks, bounded sessions, verification controls, backups and restricted administrative access. No internet service can promise absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Some records may need to be kept for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention or another legal duty. You can also ask us to close an account or explain a decision.
10. Children and education systems
AngelB Education is offered to institutions through an approved implementation. An institution must define its lawful authority, safeguarding responsibilities, user permissions and retention rules before real learner data is used. The public AngelB website is not intended for children to submit personal information without appropriate adult or institutional authority.
