These terms apply when you use angelb.org, AngelB OS, or buy services directly from ANGEL B ENTERPRISES. A written proposal, order, invoice, or signed agreement may add project-specific terms. If it conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific document controls for that work.
1. Service proposals and project scope
We provide website design and development, custom software, managed digital care, growth support, AngelB OS access, education-system discovery, and related digital work. Before custom work begins, we will state the agreed result, included work, delivery assumptions, price, payment schedule and important client responsibilities. Work outside that scope requires a written change and may affect price or timing.
2. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate instructions, lawful content, timely approvals and any access needed for the agreed work. You confirm that you have permission to use the text, media, trademarks, customer data and third-party accounts you give us. Delayed content, access or approval can move a delivery date.
3. Prices, invoices and payment
Prices are shown in the proposal, product page or invoice. Taxes, payment-provider charges and third-party services are included only when the written offer says so. Deposits and completed project stages are non-refundable once the related work has been performed. If a payment is late, we may pause work after giving notice. An invoice marked paid records payment received; it is not a promise of work outside the agreed scope.
4. Delivery, review and changes
Delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless a signed agreement says they are fixed. You must review supplied work within the stated review period. Included revisions apply only to the agreed scope. We will explain material delays and a practical next step.
5. Ownership and licences
After full payment, you receive the ownership or licence stated in your proposal. Angel B keeps ownership of its existing tools, reusable components, methods and product platforms. Open-source software, fonts, stock media and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed public-facing work in our portfolio unless confidentiality terms say otherwise.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Do not use AngelB services to break the law, harm others, bypass security, send abuse, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, or interfere with a platform. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data and systems.
7. Hosting and outside services
Domains, hosting, email, analytics, payment services and other providers may have their own terms, availability and charges. We are responsible for the work we agree to perform, not an outside provider’s independent outage, policy change or account decision. We will help with recovery when support is included.
8. Warranties and responsibility
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Digital systems can still be affected by browser changes, third-party services, attacks and unexpected faults. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or speculative loss. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending a service
Either party may end ongoing work under the notice terms in the applicable proposal. Amounts for work already performed and approved outside costs remain payable. We may end or suspend service for serious misuse, non-payment, illegal activity or a material breach that is not corrected after reasonable notice.
10. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms for future use and will change the date above. Questions can be sent to angelbwebsite@gmail.com.
